New Delhi: Vishnu Vardhan defeated qualifier David Thurner of Germany 6-4, 6-2 to move into the quarterfinals of the $15,000 ITF men’s Futures tennis tournament in Chiswick, Britain.
The eighth-seeded Vishnu Vardhan had earlier beaten Alexander Slabinsky of Britain 6-1, 7-6(5) in the first round.
