Mumbai: Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma stole the limelight in a star-studded red carpet ceremony of the maiden Indian Sports Honor Awards here on November 12. The award ceremony was announced on September by Kohli and Sanjeev Goenka at an event in New Delhi to honor Indian sportspersons for their achievements. Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Umesh Yadav, Zaheer Khan, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ashish Nehra, Kedar Jadhav, Pullela Gopichand, Saina Nehwal, Mahesh Bhupathi, PV Sindhu, Srikanth Kidambi were the star attractions from the sporting world. Aamir Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Riteish Deshmukh, Malaika Arora, Sidharth Malhotra, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjay Kapoor represented Bollywood. This is the first time the so called 'power couple' made an appearance in public after the Team India captain showered praise on his girlfriend in a two-part candid chat with Gaurav Kapoor.
