Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati to release in 3D

Mumbai: Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmavati has been in news for reasons more than one. Be it its larger than life characters, the royal bearing, or the ever-so-magnificent setting, this period drama has captivated the interest of one and all. But looks like the surprises are nowhere over. The makers have planned to make the screening of Padmavati extra special with a world-class 3D release planned ahead.
Yes, imagine the Rajputs and the Turks led by Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh neck-to-neck in battle in 3D. Or yet better, a life-sized Deepika Padukone dancing to the tunes “Ghoomar” in her traditional Rajasthani attire. Isn’t that exciting? While we are already swooning over Ranveer’s deadly looks and true-to-character avatar, we just can’t hold our excitement with this new bit of information any more!
The team is all set to unveil the 3D trailer tomorrow at an event in Mumbai. Reports are that because of a time constraint with the film’s release date set on December 1, a set of Hollywood technicians have landed here to make it even more impressive.
