Rishikesh: The 30th annual, world-famous annual International Yoga Festival, organized by Parmarth Niketan, in association with Incredible India, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, began on March 1 at Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh), welcoming this year more than 1100 participants from 70 nations. During this one-week Festival, attendees have the opportunity to participate in over 70 hours of Yoga classes from world-class Yoga masters of multiple styles of Yoga including Kundalini Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Reiki, as well as lectures on Yoga, Vedanta, ancient Indian philosophy and Ayurveda. Additionally, HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, President of Parmarth Niketan, welcomes everyone. Shilpa Shetty Kundra , the fitness goddess, also attended and dazzled the visitors with her yoga skill at the festival on March 5.
