Warangal: Dubbing the TRS government in the State as “most corrupt” in the country, BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav has said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is planning to hold Assembly polls much before Lok Sabha elections in an effort to survive ‘Narendra Modi wave.’ “KCR is trying to go for early polls to save himself from the imminent defeat. No leader in the country can stand against Modi. KCR is thinking of early Assembly polls as he knows very well that if polls are held simultaneously, people would vote for BJP and Modi,” he claimed. Addressing a public meeting as part of BJP Jana Chaithanya Yatra here on July 5, Ram Madhav said, “As my colleague Muralidhar Rao rightly said another dictatorial regime like Nizam is ruling the State now. Whether the polls are held as per schedule or ahead of the schedule, TRS should be defeated and BJP should storm to power.” The BJP-led NDA would retain power at the Center with more number of seats in the ensuing general elections,, despite the “grand alliance” being planned by the opposition parties, he predicted. The first phase of BJP bus yatra will end on Friday at Thungathurthi in Suryapet district. Besides Ram Madhav, Muralidhar Rao and Union commerce minister Suresh Prabhu went ballistic at the ruling TRS.
