Nagpur: Sahakar Nagar resident Deepali Gajbe won ‘Mrs Galaxy India Confident 2017’ title during the Mrs India Galaxy pageant held in New Delhi recently.
The national-level beauty pageant is held for married women. The contest began on September 16 with the theme ‘Stop violence against women’. The participants were groomed before the contest. More than 5,000 applications were received for the contest out of which 40 were selected for participation. Gajbe represented Vidarbha in the contest.
The jury included Sylvie Rogers, Roshni Thakur, Shankar Sahney, Jasbeer Jassi, Ginni Kapoor, Gagan Kapoor and supermodel Gagan Verma. Deepali gives the credit of her success to her family.
