This is with regard to the Right to  Education Act. The  Act will be useless unless the government provides basic amenities to the existing government schools and build schools in remote areas. Though the government is allotting crores of rupees for building schools, the money is being siphoned off by corrupt officials. The government should also curb child labor and provide scholarships to students living in remote areas irrespective of the community they belong to so that there is some meaning in enforcing the Act.
