Bahuguna-Rawat meeting sparks speculations in Uttarakhand

New Delhi, Dec 9 (IANS) In a surprising development that could portend major political upheaval in Uttarakhand, two former Chief Ministers Vijay Bahuguna and Harish Rawat met at an undisclosed location here on Monday.
Also present at the meeting was former state unit president Kishore Upadhyay.
The contours of the meeting is unknown, but this could cause tremors in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as Vijay Bahuguna has been reported to be unhappy for not adjusted anywhere in the government.
Bahuguna, a rival to Rawat, had left the party after the former replaced him as the Chief Minister.
Sources close to both the leaders refused to divulge detail of the meeting.
But, according to highly placed sources, Bahuguna is upset with the BJP after neither he nor his son Saket got any position in the government.
