Vastu Shastra for Food Truck

The latest trend is street food as people like to eat on the street. Eating on food carts together has its own charm. As the modern world changes, there are different kinds of food vendors at different places. One of the fastest growing businesses in the food industry is Food Trucks. This is the most easy and convenient for customers as well for owners due to its low investment and fast revenue generating business model. We need to look at it from a Vastu aspect, even if it doesn’t stay in one place very long.
Applying Vastu Shastra to food trucks is a big challenge as it is not at a fixed place all the time. Here we need to work harder and figure out where the truck can be parked at different streets during different days with business permits. Generally, food trucks are considered to be mini restaurants without seating. All other factors are present inside a truck with its well-designed compact space. As we know, for any cooking related business, we need to consider the fire corner as the main direction to install the stove and all electrical gadgets. once we identify that corner, then we have to make sure that food processing is done in a clockwise manner. Starting from raw materials to pre-cooking, heating and frying; then plating the dish with garnishing.
Let’s start designing the truck, as the specialty cuisine you are selling dictates that. When designing a logo, try to have some fire colors to match with your product. Once identical designs are imprinted on all sides of the truck, make a large window from where you serve clients. keep in mind that if you have wider glass, people can see more food preparation. The customer always wants freshly prepared food in front of their eyes to create a good impression. Since it is a moving vehicle, we need to design it in such a way that if you keep the truck on either side of the street, it will still be as per Vastu principles. For example, the stove should be on the South-East when you park on the left side of the road. In case you need to park on the right side of road, you should be parked in such a way that the stove is in the North-West which is the air corner. As we know air and fire are complementary with one another.
Vastu Shastra is not a rigid science, where you do not have any options or alternates. It is very simple and has self-explanatory principles. As long as you follow them in the right way, you will not have any difficulty. That is why you should try and explore it and find options, as some people become defensive when they only know little about Vastu Shastra. It is real Indian Architecture which brings peace, prosperity and happiness for the smallest structure to one of the largest pieces of land. As we know, knowledge is power and once we follow the right steps, there are great chances of success.
We need to keep in mind that food carts, food trucks and street food places are the birth places of a major fine dine restaurant chain. That is another reason one should be very precise when you start any small business. That is the place you are experimenting to see how clients like your food and their suggestions to becoming perfect on the path of your own restaurant. Considering all these steps, it is very important that along with your culinary skills, marketing skills etc, you need to add some spiritual skills like Vastu Shastra & Feng Shui to help you for future growth. Be happy and keep your clients satisfied.
