Schaumburg, IL: The Raja for Illinois campaign, on September 30, announced that it has raised more than $3 million in the third quarter of 2025, marking the third consecutive quarter topping that mark. The campaign will close the quarter with over $17.5 million cash on hand.
This milestone comes as Raja continues to lead every primary poll by double digits — including those commissioned by PACs supporting his opponent. Since July, his campaign has dominated the airwaves with ads such as “Bullies,” “Underdog,” and “29.” Over the summer, he traveled the state on his listening tour, making stops in Moline, Petersburg, Bloomington, East Alton, Mount Vernon, Carbondale, Springfield, Rockford, and more. Last month, he introduced his Trump Accountability Plan, generating headlines across Illinois for its focus on curbing Donald Trump’s abuses of power.
“Thanks to the generosity of tens of thousands of supporters, we are one quarter closer to sending Raja Krishnamoorthi — a proven fighter with a record of delivering for Illinois — to the U.S. Senate,” said campaign manager Brexton Isaacs. “A proud underdog with a history of standing up to bullies like Donald Trump, Illinoisans know Raja is the leader we need in the Senate. With momentum and a broad coalition of supporters, our team is well positioned to win this race.”
Adding to his momentum, a group of Rockford-area leaders have officially endorsed Krishnamoorthi’s Senate bid, citing his track record of delivering for working families across Illinois. Their backing comes just days after a dozen Quad Cities elected officials announced their support, underscoring Raja’s growing statewide coalition.
“From factory floors to engineering labs, Rockford is where innovation meets hard work, and where the future of American prosperity is being forged,” said Raja. “When I visited Milescraft earlier this year, I saw firsthand how Trump’s reckless tariffs are driving up costs, squeezing small businesses, and hurting working families. This summer, during my Listening Tour, I sat down with folks in Rockford who told me exactly what they’re up against — and I’m ready to take their voices with me to the U.S. Senate. I’m honored to have the support of trusted Rockford leaders who know what it takes to deliver for Illinois.”
“I’m proud to support Raja because he shows up, listens, and gets to work,” said Winnebago County Auditor Bill Crowley. “He continues to meet with our small businesses, local leaders, and families face-to-face — not for a photo op, but to really hear us out. That’s the kind of no-nonsense leadership we need in the U.S. Senate. Raja gets Rockford, and that’s why he’s the right choice for Illinois.”
“Rockford deserves a Senator who truly understands our community’s challenges and is willing to fight for real solutions,” added Rockford Alderwoman Karen Hoffman. “Raja has spent his career focused on delivering outcomes that matter to families and businesses, turning local challenges into real policy solutions that work. His work ethic, honesty, and determination make him the leader Rockford needs right now. I’m proud to support Raja as Illinois’ next U.S. Senator.”
