Motorola to open 100 new hubs in Tamil Nadu

Chennai: Motorola on March 23 announced its plans to open 100 new hubs in Tamil Nadu, including 50 in Chennai, with a focus on strengthening its retail presence. The hubs provides easy access and availability of all products to customers.
According to GFK, approximately 5.5L smartphones are sold in Tamil Nadu per month out of which Chennai contributes 37% (2L units). Chennai has emerged as a significantly big market for smartphones in India and Motorola is among the top 5 smartphone brands in Chennai.
The customers in Chennai have always valued the differentiated and premium experience offered by Motorola smartphones.

Motorola has also collaborated with Poorvika Mobiles across 43 cities in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karnataka and with Big C and Lot Mobile stores in 55 cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to provide retail access to consumers.
