FIIs invest Rs. 3,588 cr. in 3 days


New Delhi: Overseas investors are once again back in action in the Indian stock markets and have made a net investment of over Rs. 3,588 crore in just three sessions after the presentation of the Budget for 2010-11. In March 3 trade; foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were the net purchaser of shares worth Rs. 959.17 crore, as per the provisional data available with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In last two trading sessions, foreign fund houses have bought shares worth Rs. 2,629.10 crore, the latest data with the Securities and Exchange Board of India shows.
