Community activist honored

Chicago: Naren Patel, president of Medstar Laboratory, president of American Indians Asso-ciation, Illinois Chapter (AIA), and president of Care & Share USA, on August 17, was honored at the 61st annual Pakistani Independence Day Parade on Devon Avenue, here. Special honor presented to Patel for his constant support and contributions in the Asian American Comm-unities. Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, congratulated Patel for his services to the Asian American communities.
