Anantnag terror attack: PM Modi says India will never be bogged down by evil designs of hate

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 10 strongly condemned the dastardly terror attack on Amarnath pilgrims in Kashmir and asserted that India will never get bogged down by such cowardly attacks and evil designs of hate.
PM Modi said he spoke to Governor NN Vohra and Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and assured all possible assistance required.
At least seven pilgrims were killed and a number of others injured in the terror attack in Anantnag district of south Kashmir on July 10.
“Pained beyond words on the dastardly attack on peaceful Amarnath Yatris in J&K. The attack deserves strongest condemnation from everyone,” PM Modi tweeted.
Arun Jaitley says attack on Amarnath yatris ‘most reprehensible act’
Terming the terror attack on Amarnath pilgrims in Kashmir as the most reprehensible act, Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Monday said the incident should add to India’s determination to eliminate terrorism. The defense minister also conveyed his condolences to the families of those killed in the attack in Anantnag district of south Kashmir tonight.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi termed the attack on Amarnath pilgrims as “a crime against humanity” and called for decisive action against its perpetrators. Sonia Gandhi said the government should order a thorough probe into any security lapses.
